Meet Gary Vanderburg – Broker

Gary has been successfully selling Real Estate in the Sarnia area since 1981. In this time he has perfected every aspect of buying, selling and investing in Real Estate. He often jokes with his clients that Real Estate is in his blood. Gary’s father, Lyle, operated Vanderburg Real Estate from 1959 to 1994.
Gary believes that his work ethic, ever-lasting enthusiasm and commitment to his clients are a direct result of his father’s influence. He is best known for his friendly composure, professional expertise and his unsurpassed negotiating skills.Gary has consistently been awarded many of RE/MAX Canada’s and RE/MAX International’s highest awards.

In 2014, Gary was honoured with RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL’S “CIRCLE OF LEGENDS.”  Entry into the prestigious Circle of Legends doesn’t come easily.  The total number of indictees into  exclusive club is just 491:* (out of 123,000 active RE/MAX agents worldwide). *as of December 2018

Gary has also been inducted into the RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL’S HALL OF FAME in 1994. In 2003, Gary obtained RE/MAX INTERNATIONAL’S LIFETIME ACHIEVEMENT AWARD: (with  only 1% of RE/MAX  agents having received this award since the inception of the organization in 1973).

Over the years, Gary has consistently placed amongst  RE/MAX CANADA’S Top 100 Agents and has been a featured speaker at several national RE/MAX conferences, sales rallies and conventions.
